[on Wednesday evening, after the mission, Akira will ask Maya to deliver the following to Max, wherever he may be:]

[- A plate of freshly made Leblanc curry, still hot
- A cup of freshly made coffee, fixed how Max likes it best
- A letter!]

[the envelope says "I'm sorry." opening the envelope reveals a piece of paper!! on one side, Akira has written out the recipe for the coffee blend he has been serving Max all these weeks. GASP. SHARING FAMILY SECRETS. on the other side he has written the following]

I'm sorry for trying to shoot you in the face. I'd say, "to be fair, I didn't know the Noise was you," but to be fair, I was also kind of stupid.

Thanks for trying for us. We fucked up, but we'll do better from here on out. You don't need to clean up all of our messes. We need to take responsibility for ourselves too, you know?
