[Well it's been a week or so, and it's not like things have been particularly eventful. So, she decides to check on on someone in the early evening. It's after dinner, and it's not like Pen has anything better to do, so checking on a certain Phantom Thief seems in order. Just to make sure he's settling in well and found all his friends.

Up on the rooftop, click click click, peering down in your window is old Saint Pen.

Hanging down, she raps on the windowpane when she spots him, feet deliberately kicking the roof behind her.

[she likely catches him in the kitchen of the brand new Phantom Thieves and friends pad, located in the free apartment district for new comers. he's in the process of pouring himself a cup of coffee when he hears the rap tap tap of someone at the window. he blinks a few times, looks up, and--]

[until the coffee runs over the side of his cup, and he has to jerk back in surprise to prevent a larger spill from gathering on the counter]

[At the Persona house, there was a bunch of bentos left at the door. One of them had Akira's name on it. A cat-themed meal awaited him.

[luckily, it's Akira who opens the front door to the PThieves apartment to find the bentos. he blinks down at them blankly, a thousand and two questions coursing through his mind, before he bends down to pick them up]

. . . is it wise to eat bentos left out on the porch by some mysterious stranger. . .

[man he hopes they aren't poisoned]

[but! the lunches have been retrieved and shall be delivered to the proper parties. THANKS MYSTERIOUS STRANGER]

Akira-san, I want to give Fuuka a small present by showing her a memory of when she's older with the rest of her team in exchange for the charger's she's made.

[He figures it might be a bit sweet to see how much her team continues to be there for each other?]

But I don't think it's a good idea to go with either Shinjiro or Eikichi...would you mind accompanying me?

[In the midst of the turmoil left in his heart by the loss of a friend, Shin-Ah somehow realized that focusing on a smaller, simpler problem that he could make right was a key to helping him cope. For the first time in the six months since arriving in this land, Shin-Ah has had one of his good friends from his country return to their homeland indefinitly... but, also for the first time, he had found someone with whom he could intimately relate.

Even if the other person didn't realize that yet.

It was only fair that Shin-Ah explain himself to Akira. Perhaps the sharing of the story would lessen the burden of it on his heart as well.

Thus it was, late at night when Shin-Ah climbed up onto the rooftop with the limber grace of a cat, his reflexes and coordination as uncanny as his eyesight in many of the same ways. He quietly passed over the rooftop, passing his gaze through the wall until he found the room the boy was in... and promptly sat down outside of the window.

Ao kyu-kyuu'd impatiently on his shoulder, as if asking what he was doing. Shin-Ah only lifted a finger to his lips, suggesting that she be quiet for now.]

[it's been a whirlwind of an August so far for Akira too, although he hadn't allowed himself to dwell on the dreams from Helisium. they had contained too much personal information, too much of an insight into the things he dealt with every day, that it was just easier to pretend they were what they were: dreams]

[and between Ryuji returning home (which hit him harder than he had admitted to Makoto and Futaba), and the unceremonious arrival of several friends from home, it was easy enough to distract himself with things other than the the fact that several acquaintances had dove into his subconscious just a few short weeks ago]

[it takes a while for Akira to notice someone is sitting outside his window. he's a night person, so it isn't surprise to see him still awake, tucked in bed and preoccupied with a book, his glasses resting on a nearby nightstand. but it's happenstance that causes him to look up and catch a flash of white and a moving squirrel in the window]

[he blinks. he stares]

[he lets out a soft huff, before he shuts the book and slowly pads to the window to pop it open]

You know, you're lucky you didn't catch me while my roommates wer here.

[he's pretty sure they all would've given him weird looks]

[Looks like the MYSTERIOUS STRANGER (tm) has worked overtime. When somehow mostly everyone is asleep, the doorbell rings. There is a HUGE bento box, covered in cat-patterned tissue with a large amount of wooden chopsticks. The bottom portion has sushi and the top has friend foods and colorful presentations. It's addressed attention to: Phantom Thieves and Associates - aka people in this building.

There are also origami stars, cranes and some cats.

They seem to be aware of how many people are living here now...what a Mystery.]

[ The flux of newcomers is always a crowded and stressful day. Pyrrha doesn't especially want to take Akira's time or attention away from any of his own that may have come in, so she waits a day before hitting him up. (That's hardly the only reason, of course. She also wanted to spend some time with Ren and JNPR's newly reunited team, and that took priority.)

[it's good she waited a day before contacting him. with all the new Persona users and friends from home arriving-- one of them being Ryuji, and another being Makoto's elder sister-- the day previous had been busy. especially since, in addition to the new arrivals, Akira was dealing with the sudden and random disappearance of his pet cat. thankfully, things weren't super stressful, but he had been pretty busy and preoccupied]

[Pyrrha's voice is a nice distraction from the previous day's chaos, though. he can't help the quirk of a smile that appears on his lips when he gets her message, and his response is pretty quick]

Keep it warm for me and I'll be there before you can brew another cup.

[a pause, and then, because the lack of pleasantries was noticed. Akira's the type to skip the greetings and launch directly into his message, but Pyrrha? she isn't]
